Steps Involved in the Admission Process

Documents to be Submitted at the Time of Admission

  • Three Passport Size Photographs of Student, Father, Mother & Guardian
  • Original Birth Certificate of the student and one self attested copy
  • Original School Transfer Certificate of the Student (Applicable for Grade I onwards)
  • Copy of Report Card of previous class
  • Copy of Residence Proof (Rent agreement, Voter ID, Electricity bill)
  • Aadhar Card copy of Student
  • Aadhar Card copy of Parents & Guardian

Age Criteria

(As on 31st March every year)

Class Age
L.K.G.
In between 4 years and 5 years
U.K.G.
In between 5 years and 6 years
Grade I
In between 6 years and 7 years
Grade II
In between 7 years and 8 years

For Higher Classes, in accordance same criteria will continue

School Timings

Play Group - L.K.G. U.K.G. - Grade X
9:00 a.m. to 12:45 p.m.
8:40 a.m. to 3:45 p.m.

Withdrawal

  • Parents opting for withdrawing their child from the school at the end of the academic session will be required to apply for the Transfer Certificate before 31st March. If the parents apply after the time deadline(31st March) will have to pay full fees for approaching academic year to obtain the Transfer Certificate.
  • If in case parents applying for Transfer Certificate in between the ongoing academic session will still need to pay the full fees of that year.
  • A student can also be asked to leave the school at the discretion of the Principal on anyone of the following grounds:
    1. Indiscipline
    2. Unsatisfactory performance in academics

General

  • Students are admitted on First Come, First Served basis depending on vacancies.
  • We conduct no formal interviews with the child or the parent.
  • Selected candidates will be required to make the fee payment within 7 days of the submission of admission form.
  • Fees once paid will not be refunded.
  • It is the sole responsibility of the parents to clear the fees on or before the due dates.
  • Late fee charges of Rs. 50 per day applicable if fees is paid after due date.
  • Extra Curricular activity fee is extra (4,000 per annum for each activity).
  • Fees payable by cheque/NEFT only in the favour of “IMEMORY EDUCATIONAL SOCIETY”
  • In case cheque is dishonoured, a fine will be levied.
  • In the event of non-submission of fee within a stipulated time from the date of submission of the form, admission will be cancelled if the school management deems.
  • Uniform, excursions, emergency health care and other special event expenses will be as per actuals.
  • Fees is inclusive of text books, note books, 2 pairs of uniform 1 pair of sports dress, ID card & belt.
