Mr. Rajendra Kumar

Education is an investment in the future.

Mr. Rajendra Kumar, a science graduate from Andhra Pradesh, is a nationally recognized memory trainer and Grandmaster of Memory who transitioned from the jewellery business in 2009 to pursue his passion for cognitive science and memory techniques. His journey began with a fifth-place finish at the 2010 National Memory Championship in Hyderabad, and he later became the second Indian to receive the prestigious Grandmaster of India Award in 2013. Mr. Rajendra has since trained numerous students in memory systems, speed reading, and mind mapping, with many of his protégés—Class VIII students from various Nellore schools—winning medals at national memory competitions. While Chavi secured gold, Jay and Kusum earned silver and bronze respectively in the kids’ category, and Moksh won bronze in the junior division. Mr. Rajendra himself achieved a silver medal in the adults’ category, breaking a national record and finishing third across India. He strongly advocates for including memory training in school curricula, drawing inspiration from teaching systems in the UK. His students have received special academic permission to follow his methods, which blend creativity, imagination, and academic skill-building. Mr. Rajendra is currently working on developing a structured Memory Systems curriculum for Indian schools. His goal is to revolutionize traditional education and mentor the next generation of mind sports champions through scientifically designed training programs.

Mr. Rajendra Kumar has been running a primary school for the past 7–8 years, and now he is expanding it to the senior level.
