Health & Wellness

Because a healthy mind and body are the foundation of true learning.

At Imemory School, we recognize that a child’s well-being is the cornerstone of their academic and personal success. That’s why Health & Wellness is not an add-on — it’s an integrated, school-wide commitment to nurturing physical fitness, mental resilience, emotional intelligence, and nutritional care.

Our Approach to Student Wellness

1. Physical Health & Daily Fitness

We provide every student with ample opportunities for physical activity through structured sports programs, movement breaks, and outdoor play. Partnering with Edusports, we follow a developmentally aligned curriculum that promotes strength, coordination, and stamina from early years onward.

2. Yoga, Mindfulness & Emotional Balance

Inspired by the teachings of our guiding light, Dr. H.R. Nagendra, a global Yoga pioneer, we embed yoga, breathing techniques, and guided mindfulness into daily school life. These practices enhance concentration, reduce stress, and empower students to navigate challenges with calmness and clarity.

6. Wellness in Curriculum & Culture

Aligned with the CBSE life-skills and SEWA framework, wellness is woven into classroom learning, storytelling, and school events. Students journal their feelings, participate in well-being circles, and engage in activities that cultivate gratitude, kindness, and a growth mindset.

7. Community Awareness & Preventive Health

The school regularly organizes health checkups, dental and eye camps, vaccination drives, and nutrition awareness sessions. Parent engagement programs on screen hygiene, adolescent health, and emotional parenting help build a strong wellness ecosystem beyond the classroom.
